TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: KIGALI RWANDA
Upon your arrival in Kigali, check in at the lodge and in the evening visit the Genocide Memorial centre at Gisozi. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge
Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Safari in Volcanoes National Park
Very early in the morning set off from Kigali to catch up with gorilla trekking in Volcano National Park before 9.00 am. Normally it takes between 2 - 4 hours to encounter the mountain gorillas in the jungle. The experience of coming face to face with the mountain gorillas in the wilderness is the highlight of a tour to Africa. Tracking may take 4-8 hours depending on their movements. Some gorilla families are so elusive that it may take you longer to track them especially when it is wet and muddy. Overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge (FB)
Day 3: End of Gorilla Tour in Rwanda
After breakfast return to Kigali airport for your flight to your next destination.
